What is an Escape Room?

Escape rooms are a form of live entertainment. A group of 2-8 people have 1 hour to solve clues, puzzles and riddles to solve the challenge of the Mission and escape. If you don’t get out in time, you fail.

Are we really locked inside the room?

No. Remember this activity is meant for fun, so there are always ways to get out safely. The main door is never truly locked, and every door that has a locking mechanism will always have an emergency exit override.

What happens if we get stuck on a puzzle?

Every Mission has a couple cameras inside through which our Game Masters are watching. If you get stuck on a puzzle you can give a signal to get a hint. Keep in mind you have a limited amount of hints, so if you are trying to beat the high score then you may lose some points.

Will you have more missions?

Yes. We are a new locations and plan to open as many Missions as possible. Our space is one of the biggest Escape Room locations in the Orlando area, and we plan to open as many Mission as we can. What’s the difference between a Public and Private booking?

We know that people have different preferences in the groups they want to be a part of. With our Public booking, the Mission reservation will stay visible to all potential Agents until all free spots are taken. Like this you have a chance to meet new people as well as potentially save on the Entry Fee. This is recommended for people who are new to escape rooms. The Private option will hide your reservation once it is made, this means that your group will not be combined with other Agents, and you will be guaranteed to have the Mission to yourselves. Keep in mind the price will change depending on the Mission.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you make a public booking online you can cancel at any time. One hour before your Mission begins you will receive a call from one of our agent to confirm your booking. Private bookings cannot be canceled but can be transferred to other days via Pre-Paid passes. If you don't notify us before your booked time, then we will not be able to transfer the tickets to another time.

What time should I arrive?

Our recommendation is for your group to arrive 15 minutes before. When you arrive, each participating Agent will need to fill out a Waiver. This will allow us to send you on your Mission in a timely matter. While you wait we also activities you can take part in while you wait.

What if I’m running late?

If you are running late we may have to start your clock before you arrive. The Game Master is a constant nuisance and he may cause trouble again, and we need to make sure that the next group of Agents are able to start on time.
